Don’t you walk into my world and
Tell me how it’s supposed to go
(Did we fall before we started ?
We’ll have to pull ourselves up off the floor)
Don’t you try to change my girl
She’s the only one I wanna know
(It’s a journey to the heart of it
We’re not coming back here anymore)
You break your spine for another game
You tell me only fools fall in love
Then you should know
(We just keep on moving forward
There’s a beauty to this broken road)
You turn your tricks on another wave
You’re saving your love for another day
Then go
Everyone has the right to be alone
The greatest love you’ve ever know
Is waiting here for you
Don’t you walk into my world
And tell me that you have to go
(We’ll just keep on moving forward
There’s a beauty to this broken road)
The mirrors are broken
And you hide your tears
The truth is spoken
You just disappear
I know
Everyone has the right to be alone
The greatest love you’ve ever known
Is waiting here for you

Wonderful to see Irish musicians putting out something as fresh as this, even if Bitch Falcon's influences are front and centre. The album is a fantastic mix of shoegaze and grunge (and even dream pop if I may be so bold), and it all comes together in one tight, thoroughly enjoyable package. derringerhk

Incredible album. I'm so happy how "Little Green Cars" evolved into Soda Blonde, and extremely pleased that Faye O'Rourke is at the forefront of vocals with her fantastic, captivating voice. Such a moving album, and the underlying themes really presenting a sort of isolation and general feeling of being upset in a relationship, in my interpretation. Why do I love this record? it has a haunting sound with a destination. The vocals are very sweet and the riffs hook you in . The songs have a great momentem they begin at once place then end some other place and don't go in a circle . if that makes sense? jimmyfuc

A fascinating bit of bedroom outsider indie, Suchus has crafted nine songs with beguiling melodies and watery layers of guitar. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 23, 2022
